Reviews & Blurgs

I’ve read lots of terrific books, and I really mean to give them a mention on my blog more often than I do! (I hope to remedy that.) Here’s a list of the reviews and “blurgs” I’ve done so far (blurg = blurb in a blog):
- Imaginary Girls, by Nova Ren Suma
- How to Save a Life, by Sara Zarr
- Fall For Anything, by Courtney Summers
- Nice Recovery, by Susan Juby
- When You Reach Me, by Rebecca Stead
- Eyes Like Stars, by Lisa Mantchev
- Because I Am Furniture, by Thalia Chaltas
- Crash Into Me, by Albert Borris
- Heartbeat, by Sharon Creech
- Return to Bone Tree Hill, by Kristin Butcher
- My One Hundred Adventures, by Polly Horvath
- The Truth About Forever, by Sarah Dessen
- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, by J.K. Rowling

Good list. I have some of these on my TBR list. I hadn’t heard the term “blurg” until now. What a great idea!

LOL, blurg is just a word I made up — seemed right for my mini-review format. I hope to be more consistent now with posting about good books I read. We’ll see how that goes….

I haven’t gone through this list yet, but will. Are they mostly YA? (Not that YA books aren’t a great adult read, too, but just asking.) I’m so far behind on my TBR choices that I’m getting paranoid about adding any more.

Haha, I know what you mean about yourTBR list — it’s almost like I need to cover my eyes and ears for a while so I won’t find out about any more absolutely-must-read books until I’ve read all the ones in my pile.
From this list, yes, they’re all YA except Susan’s memoir, Nice Recovery.
